So this thread started with KB definitely going to UK and now it might be UF or TA&M. NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING.

It’s highly unlikely, obviously. However, let Cal get that second ring with a really good team this year or next, and I expect him to pick up even more steam on the recruiting trail. Just enough to give it one more run or two. Not hanging my hat on it, but not dismissing it, either.
Like I said, the thread started with a definite deal in place, KB to UK, now no one knows. Do you just read the first post and skip straight to the last? No one definitely knows where KB is going, even if they say there's a "deal in place".

I just can't understand the draw of playing at UF other than it being close to home. They have very good guard play and some perimeter production possibly from the wing, but even if Blackshear goes there they are just too weak on the interior to have a legit chance to win it all.
If you're Blackshear and one of your possible decisions was to go to UF you might as well have kept your name in the draft. Mike White isn't going to turn you in to a draftable player at 23 years old. He's just not. Might as well have gone pro somewhere and gotten paid.

Now he may also visit Michigan. I'm not saying he's not coming here, I'm just saying that people who "know", in fact, do not.
Even when one of these sources claiming various things is inevitably right, I hope people don't begin to believe them.
I feel like if he was UK bound we would hear something by now from legit source. Those twitter and fb pages are meaningless unless they have access and i haven’t heard of either one.

The fact that there is rumors coming about more visits not just to A&M is not a good sign in my opinion....being hes got the at home visit and an on campus visit and is still exploring other options is a cause for concern

When might we hear an announcement if Kerry Blackshear and Cal have reached an agreement? Cal has an important function to perform tonight at the NBA draft and doesn't need a distraction until his trip is completed and he returns home. Logic would seem to indicate that an announcement will be made once the dust settles. Cal needs to inform the Kentucky players and staff in person. He may do that with Kerry present. It is my guess that late Friday or Saturday is the earliest we will hear something if he has chosen Kentucky. It could be announced publicly in a tweet by Kerry!!!

1st sentence: answer = nobody here knows, not sure who you are directing the question to and I think the easy answer is: whenever they want, they know what's going on and they don't really care that we know right this second. They have more important things to do.
2nd sentence: you do know that Cal doesn’t actually fly the plane and is not literally walking a tightrope. He's simply going to the draft. He's going to be dealing with distractions throughout his entire trip.
People will be tugging on his pant leg all day today. So I'm not sure what he'll be concentrating on so intently that he'll need to he without distractions???
