Over the years, Corona (California) Centennial High School coach Matt Logan has coached some of the most talented players in Southern California. So, it speaks volumes when he gushes about Husan Longstreet. "He's got incredible arm talent," Logan said. "He came on strong late in 2023. He’s a smart and accurate thrower, and the consistency has started to come around. He's one of the best we've had here.” Southland football observers knew Longstreet had the talent early on. In the 2022 season, he threw for nearly 4,000 yards and helped Inglewood finish as the Southern Section Division 2 runner-up. Longstreet led Centennial to the CIF Southern Section D1 semifinals by throwing for 3,013 yards and 24 touchdowns in 2023.
