Charles Jagusah is a multi-sport star. Along with accolades on the football field, Jagusah is one of the top heavyweight wrestlers in the Midwest, turning in a 41-0 state championship season on the mat as a junior. But his athletic success is no surprise to his mother, Sheila Doak. “Charles has always been athletic,” Doak told FanNation. “At 18 months old he was balancing a skateboard. When he was four years old, he started wrestling and that’s when my brother noticed how strong his hips were.” Alleman head coach Fritz Dieudonné praises Jagusah for his work ethic and his leadership skills. “The way he talks to his teammates and coaches, you’d have zero indication he’s such a high-profile recruit,” Dieudonné told 247Sports. “He does not go out of his way to bring the spotlight on himself or act any better than his teammates, whether it’s clearing the field, moving equipment. He’s a real down to earth young man.”
