Jackson built on a standout first two seasons of high school basketball with her best showing yet this past year in helping lead Ryan to the Denton ISD’s first girls basketball state championship. The senior forward holds at least nine scholarship offers, including a pair from major conference schools SMU and West Virginia that came in the last two months.
She was named the Record-Chronicle’s All-Area Most Valuable Player last season after averaging 12 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 2.2 blocks and 2.1 steals per game.
