It's a travesty that they are not ranked in the major publications (D1 Baseball; Baseball America). Southern Miss is still ranked AFTER dropping a series to Marshall. They are 22-10 and play in the Sun Belt. WVU is 27-4 and 7-3 in the Big 12.
WVU is 31st in RPI, and Southern Miss is 46th, Western Kentucky is 49th (both ranked).
