No ****...Moderate conservative values would ABSOLUTELY own this country if Republicans weren't so damned stupid about it. There's a lot of old white guys out there that are scared to death of anyone who doesn't look exactly like they do. They don't realize that the Latino, African American, and Native American communities are naturally conservative. If they could bring themselves to not treat them like **** and stop catering to white nationalists, they'd have a lot more Republicans in office b/c these groups would consistently vote for them.

It’s why if Nikki Haley is in a debate with Trump and DeSantis, she should walk away with the nomination. She’s far more intelligent than either of them and capable of building a coalition of diversity based on conservative values.

Democrats would have no answer for a Republican that isn’t an extremist pawn in the culture war.

Clem alum as well, tho that didn’t help Jo J. Any in 2020. Would be cool to have a Tiger POTUS regardless of political side though

Don't tell @TigerGrowls, he's convinced that the only "real" republican is Trump.

Conservatives would never give her the nomination. Never. I’d bet anything on that.

It is so funny that you blame white men for hate when there are many examples of white men helping minorities such as the NAACP being founded by white men or the Rosenwall school system being founded by white men or maybe the Declaration and Constitution by fat old white men or maybe lets move to 2016 where minority races in America were better under the Donald Trump policies

If you doubt me look it up as I am not going to waste my time trying to convince a person who does not want to acknowledge truth other than what they want it to be

I couldn't agree more... I'd vote for her.

But she won't, b/c Republicans can't get it together and she's WAY too brown for a lot of these guys. Anyone remember what some state rep from the lower part of the state said about her when she was running for the Republican nomination for SC Governor back in the day? Out loud in front of Reporters that we didn't need a Rag Head as a governor. That guy got reelected that same year.

Racial slurs aside, I mean DAMN man... if you are going to be a bigot, at least be smart enough to get your racial slurs correct.

Republican's best best IMHO is the former governor of Maryland... But he's WAY too boring and moderate to make it in today's Republican party. I'd vote for him though.

Unless the GOP course corrects soon to become more reasonable, we are headed toward a hard turn to the left. The MAGA BS and Trumpism certainly didn't help win over millennials and Gen Z...

most of my generation, and seemingly all of gen z, are so physically, intellectually, and emotionally deficient they won't figure it out in their lifetime. its incredible the volume of generations that are literally tits on a bull when it comes to their ability or ambition to add any economic value. fat, no survival skills, roughly 3rd world reading and math ability, 4th world ambition, and a completely debilitating capability to handle the slightest adversity - a minor inconvenience is enough to cause an unhinged breakdown.

so yea, usd ain't retaining reserve status for too much longer - i'd be very surprised if it is in 10 years. our debt is just a running joke of a number. the global economy is looking at a prolonged downturn. there's a shrinking appetite for our debt as it is - which will be a colossal drop if/when reserve status is gone. in other words, we have no money and we're running outta friends to buy our iou's.

the world is obviously growing smaller every day as the internet continually expands it's access. that means the world is being increasingly exposed to western standards of living as well as offering them access to virtually limitless information and resources they can leverage. they want what we have. they're willing to put in the work. we're going to be the generations that were born on 3rd and most of these fat idiots will get picked off

Totally agree on Larry Hogan. I would vote for him in a heartbeat. What he did in Maryland is akin to Reagan in California.

I’m afraid DeSantis is going to win the nomination based on your first paragraph. There are still too many Republicans that aren’t done fighting the culture wars. The old ones have been doing it since the 60s, so I guess they’ll die before they realize it’s a losing battle and vote for compromise. They see DeSantis as the next white Knight (pun intended).

How the hell did she ever get elected governor in SC which is deep red if she is too brown for these guys? Your comment sounds racist towards whites.

I may be an exception or an outlier but I take disagreement with Nikki Haley being too brown

I know her and consider her more pleasantly olive

Since I an the traditional white Southern classic male I find your statement that white people find her too brown is a racist statement based on your bias

Being a part of the white establishment you are referring too I both voted for her when she ran for governor

Even went into her parents store Exoctica in Bamberg SC where they sold eclectic clothes and items

Let’s use some science here in that white is all colors of the spectrum and black is absence of all light

Not a perfect metaphor but the point is my color does not define who I vote or support politically

It is the ideology

Love Ben Carson supported him

Love the people who support agency

White South Carolina elected Nikki Haley

Right now I personally would prefer a ticket of Ron DeSantis and Nikki Haley

Hopefully one two terms with Nikki to follow for 2 terms to destroy the socialist and left agendas

In the meantime the abominable fake hoax of Russian Collusion against Trump by a cabal of people who destroyed the sanctity of The Declaration of Independence and Constitution

Those people who openly and knowingly supported the myth without any credible evidence need to be permanently barred from government positions if that were an option

In the meantime white people are not as racist as you want to portray us white folks for your own agenda and narrative

Haley won SC because she had an R beside her name. That's it. You could run a hand puppet for governor in SC and as long as it had R beside its name it would win.

Those statements aren't really fair. He believes what he believes and he is consistent. I disagree with most of it but ridiculing him for it is kinda lame.

I only ridicule because he seemingly has no real grip on reality and makes some ridiculous statements.

He also posts all of these "articles" and then when called on the incredible fallacies and untruths, claims he doesn't believe them, he just posts them for discussion.

I am all for having debate, I love debate, it's really frustrating when someone keeps posting garbage, and then not owning that it is garbage. He doesn't debate,he just throws up crap.

If you engage him he'll talk about it usually. There is an area where I think you're unmoored from reality and you equally believe I am unmoored from that same reality. Yet we get along just fine. :) It can be done. As someone who used to frequently engage in ridicule, it's something we should try to avoid. I'm sure I will fail at times but it's my goal to no longer be that way.

I agree as far and you and I go. We firmly disagree on a few issues, (Education), but we have been able to debate, I can acknowledge your perspective as you do mine, even if we don't agree. I don't think it makes you a bad person, and I appreciate that you have well thought out arguments and we can have a mature discussion.

I don't feel the same way about @TigerGrowls. He doesn't have any well thought out opinions, he doesn't actually engage in discussion, he basically spams this board with garbage and never acknowledges that it's garbage. He is a huge part of what is wrong with America. We should not give an equal voice to stupidity and conspiracy theory.

It would seem like that makes sense but who decides what is stupid and conspiracy these days? Who has that kind of credibility at this point? I know of very few I would trust in that way and others would take issue with those I would trust in favor of those they trust and off we go again. :) It's what happens when a society decides there is no absolute truth or reality.

I would argue that the garbage the Gateway Pundit puts out is clearly and demonstrably conspiracy and fallacy. It is a disgrace on the same level as Supermarket tabloids. It should be called out and ridiculed when someone tries to use that as a new source. You certainly couldn't use it as a reference in school.

If the objective measure of what we'll use in school is fact then we couldn't use the NYT either. If a man cheats on his wife 10 times and gets caught 8 of those times and then says he'll never do it again, who is going to believe that? Once credibility is spent, you can't get it back. That's what's so critical about being a journalist. The pursuit of demonstrably provable truth is all that matters. Once your feelings get into it, you've lost it and doom is inevitable. We see that across the board. I agree with you about the Gateway Pundit. While less flamboyant and excessive, the reality is the NYT, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS and WP have all engaged in similar endeavors for their perspective. And yes, Fox News, News Max, etc. are equally culpable.
