Would Rutgers ever consider this assistant?

Would Rutgers ever consider this current Wichita State assistant, Steve Forbes, who once had a one-year show-cause penalty? See attached NY Times article from 2013 ("A Recruiter at Heart is Able to Build a Winner at Any Level"). With a generation and more of Rutgers failures to recruiting locally, Forbes might be valuable as a top assistant here at Rutgers.
