And that was his answer to what he was doing to address the offensive struggles heading into 2023. He didn't have to put it the way he did at all. You could hear it in his tone. That is, throwing Harrell under the bus, even though he didn't call him out by name. In fact if you really pay attention to Neal in interviews and the show, he takes a lot of subtle jabs to deflect blame from himself. He very rarely if ever just takes full responsibility for something like a real leader would.</p></blockquote><p></p>
