I've never seen a worse D1 mens basketball team as the current Rutgers club that took the court tonight.

Sanders is the only legit player.

It's not all of his fault but get rid of Eddie at the end of the season and start from scratch.

A complete embarrassment.

Sanders is part of this too.

Purdue scored 107 points on only 68 possession. Absolutely crazy numbers. Blame Purdues size all you want. How easy did our guards make it for the entry pass in to the post? How many points were directly scored as a result of Corey jogging back on D?

Corey Sanders in January is a different player than we was in November defensively.

How much blame to allocate (player vs. staff) is what is up for debate.

Have to agree, Corey's defense is not there. However, he is a freshman who is being asked to do a lot more than can really be expected of him.

Sanders was the only RU player on the court last night that I would want to see play basketball.

I can't see how Grier or Goode was offered a scholarship.

There is no way on earth this is the worst team anyone has seen.....

and of course the players are worse in JAN.....most have lost more games this year than they did in their careers

and if they are reading this site......they have to be quite upset by the personal dissing and piling on. (even though most of it IS true)

its all starts with EJ.....

yes this is the worst Rutgers team I have seen in my lifetime...worse than that one Wenzel team with Marcotte as point guard. I was still in high school for Littlepage but the blowout losses are worse than in that time period and we will have less wins in one season than any Littlepage year

The team is bad but I don't think you understand how many Division I basketball players there are (351 teams X 13 scholarships per team). We might have a lot of players that would be better suited a low or mid-major Division I schools, but I hate when people ignorantly throw out the "D-3 "phrase.

I am envious on where the program is, but you can take my prediction to the bank. I will be rooting for you though.

Purdue fan did you know we had 7 players last night. Illinois must be bad too, they lost to Indiana by 34.
