My buddy, a Rutgers rower started the OSU program. That was his 4th consecutive championship. He has 20 scholarships funded at out of state levels. He brings in a decent number of girls from Europe that he recruits personally. Their facilities are unreal.

20 full scholarships funded at OSU? That's crazy, especially with no program two decades ago. Rutgers simply can't compete with that.
