Supermax contracts are up 561% to $1.4M, from around $250K

Minimum salaries above $300,000, with the average salary around $600,000

No the league is not still losing money. Caitlyn Clark and Angel Reese affect has helped the league tremendously for the past two years, ever since they came into the league. The attendance has sky rocketed across the league since these two came into the league. The WNBA showed a increase over 100% in ticket sales, sold out games in every city, etc. This is why the players were upset because the revenue for the entire league had increased exponentially and they felt that they deserve a pretty good proportion of that money since they help make it. This is the main reason why they were going to go on strike.
