"If you and I fall into bad moral habits, we can harm our families, our employers and our friends. The President of the United States can incinerate the planet. Seriously, the very idea that we ought to have at or less than the same moral demands placed on the Chief Executive that we place on our next door neighbor is ludicrous and dangerous.

"Throughout our history, we have seen the presidency as the repository of all of our highest hopes and ideals and values. To demand less is to do an injustice to the blood that bought our freedoms."

"Further, the Presidents (sic) repeated lies to the American people in this matter compound the case against him as they demonstrate his failure to protect the institution of the presidency as the 'inspiring supreme symbol of all that is highest in our American ideals.”

"Leaders affect the lives of families far beyond their own 'private life'. In the Bible story of Esther we are told of a king who was charged to put right his own household because there would be 'no end of disrespect and discord' among the families of the kingdom if he failed to do so. In a day when reckless extramarital sexual activity is manifesting itself in our staggering rates of illegitimacy and divorce, now more than ever, America needs to be able to look to her First Family as role models of all that we have been and can be again."

"If our leaders flinch at this responsibility, they would do well to heed the Proverb 'if a ruler listens to lies, all his officials become wicked. Our leaders must either act to restore the luster and dignity of the institution of the Presidency or we can be certain that this is only the beginning of an even more difficult time for our land. For the nation to move on, the President must move out."

Yesterday we learned that Democrats like charter schools, and hate black women trying to eat breakfast. ITT we learn that they now like Christian evangelicals.

Do you think that Trump lying to the American people on a daily basis is a pretty big deal?

We have been taught that that doesn't mean anything. You had went back to the well too many times.

Huh? So you don't think that Trump lying to the American people daily is a big deal? Good for you. Airhead probably feels the same but I'll give him a chance to say it himself.

Lying in a deposition is a pretty big deal.

Maybe my eyesight is failing, but I didn’t see “lying in a deposition” mentioned in Pences words above.

Oh, I understand, you and Tar are AFRAID to address Trump’s record of moral turpitude.

‘But what about ... (fill in the name)”

They also support denying gay people wedding cakes and black people a seat at the counter.

Pence ws talking about Clinton lying in a deposition, not out on the campaign trail or whatever. Some might be lies, some might be the truth like about the FBI being run by a bunch of political hacks. I beleive that so it makes it true.

I can address it. Trump has the moral aptitude of a drug filled sex crazed 17 year old teenage boy. It doesn't change my view that overall, he is doing good things for the country. If they do better on the next budget and the economy keeps rocking, you can kiss any Dem challenger goodbye.

So you're good with the daily lying. Thanks for confirming that.
We could survive without the daily leftist lies about Trump lies seen here on this forum...Of course without those leftist lies there wouldn't be much discourse on the board...

I don't ever want a choir boy or girl to be President again. That mind set just can't deal with the ruthless bastards in and around our government. Nor can they deal with the real problems of the world.

No, I wish he would lay off twitter. I wish he would show more restraint than the reporters for CNN and MSNBC. I'm glad his policies are better than his rhetoric. I'm glad he is better at governing than the liberal media is at reporting the real news, not some made up "Trump was cloned from Hitler."

Trump gets lots of negative press (fake news) because he does lots of things that need to be questioned and he just lies a lot so he gets called out on that too. It's tiring for everyone.

News media are in the tank just like they were for the Marxist Obama. Remember the chills up his leg? You would think that a 4% GDP would send real chills up his leg after the socialist party leaders poor job performance over 8 years.

Is a lie told under oath, any worse than a lie told while not under oath? In either instance, lying equates to stealing the truth.
Let the first who has not bent the truth on this forum - cast the first stone. Most tell outright lies just to get a response from another party. Would the sight survive without those little white lies, or whoppers, while we await the next athletic season?

I fully think we are of high enough intellect to have honest discussions about non sports happenings. I am not about to start lying already by saying we could have lively discussions equal to the normal board. Seems we can get a rise out of anyone on the board with a few well placed words either negative or positive. Everyone has a tendency to get pissed at times when our ox is being gored. But it is damned entertaining to sit back and watch the other steam.

So, you didn't want Kennedy or Clinton that's for sure. Jimmy was probably the best person , maybe ever, to be elected President. He is looked apon by history as the worst or one of the worst ever. I voted for him, really nice guy. They walked all over him. I doubt that many could pass your test of serial liar or adulterer, that can reallly do the job. If you find one, democrat or republician, you post. I'll vote for that person, unless they are a God fearing socialist.

agreed.....but you never seemed bothered by Trump's endless lies.
You never seemed to be bothered by the two tiered judicial system where crooked politicians like HRC get out of jail free cards while the rest of us would go to jail for destroying everything that she did.

Can you post for 24 hrs without staying or typing Hillary Clinton, HRC, Bill Clinton, or Clinton in general. She lost.
And to be perfectly fair, I would not have voted for her if she was running against anyone other than DJT.
