Senior Steven Jones scored 18 points to lead William Fleming to a 72-33 blowout win over Rockridge County at the High School Winterfest in Roanoke.
The Colonels scored the games first 16 points and led 18-5 after the 1st quarter. Tyrell Adams connected on two treys in the 2nd quarter as William Fleming extended their lead to 36-12 at halftime. Jones converted two 3-point plays after the break and four treys in the fourth quarter ended an uneventful game.
Junior Shiquay Price added 11 points and junior Deandre Gill added 8 points and 11 rebounds. Adams was the 1st half MVP scoring all 9 of his points in the 1st half. He also chipped in 4 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. Rockbridge County was led by junior point guard Shameik Ware who scored 14 points including two from 3-point land.
