Why us our D Line so

Slow off the snap? 80% of plays Illinois OL took at least 1 step forward before contact and then our guys seem content to hang on to their OL playing patty cake. Would be nice to see our D play at least 1 good game this year. Zero explosiveness on D.

Seem like our dline got pushed in the ground. I seen a lot of holes Illinois line created. When our line got through they were fearful of Bush ability and had hesitation. However did get 3 sacks.

Some good moments for sure, but we are just so slow and hesitant after the snap, i thought this was supposed to be an attacking D?
