The left hates the constitution because it gave the states the power and not the federal government. It’s been this way since the founding of this country. It was the real reason behind the civil war. And the federal government won the civil war and took away some of the states power. It’s been an ongoing battle that continues today. That is all they want, and that is complete federal control.

I think you must have skipped out on a few lessons in high school civics class. I'd advise you to go back and look at the reason we even have the Constitution (hint: Articles of Confederation).
