Although he didnt make the NCAA's at Northwestern, he took a program worse than ours to multiple 20 win seasons in the Big 10. He teaches fundamentals and gets kids to over achieve on the court and in the classroom.

Bad choice because recruiting would be a disaster.

Stop we could do better . We really don't care about the classroom part either , we aren't looking to field an academic decathlon team . Just want kids that will take class somewhat seriously and stay eligible .

Northwestern had all of two 20 win seasons under Carmody in the Big Ten, if you want to call that multiple. His style of play doesn't fit well in this conference.
