Who makes the call?

Heard a rumor at the baseball game yesterday that a decision will supposedly be made next week as to who will make the decision on the new coach hire. WTF? A decision on who makes the decision? This situation has become more than laughable.

because Vance Watson takes over on Tuesday. But of course, this should be a no brainer. Why would a lame duck AD get to make any sort of lasting call on this? Other schools have to just look at us and laugh. At any other school in our shoes, a plane full of big wigs probably would've flown to Columbia, SC, just to say hello to Cohen.
