Casey Thompson for 1 more year with Kaelin and Raiola attempting to redshirt next year is the dream. Casey is my favorite Husker QB since Crouch. Such a great passer. It was overlooked because he was on a crappy team but he is a real QB and we have not had that in a long long time

Casey Thompson was injured this past fall, but don’t remember what it was this time..

He didn’t get to participate in spring drills and felt it was better to leave and play for Tom Herman at Florida Atlantic..

DR wouldn't be redshirting. I actually like Casey providing a steady hand. Son of a qb, played a lot of football for a lot of coaches. Seems like a great mentor for 2 young qbs.
