Phil does less than a GA did for Tom and makes 40x as much.
He did, he's a college football guy. He says shot. Money talks. And makes you say new different shot.

IF he is doing more than a GA and this is the result we got, he should be fired. He’s in the box. He should be able to see what’s going on and suggest defensive adjustments. GAs for Tom did some of that for 15-20k/ year.

I don't know. But I will say this. He was brought on to help with game planning. Well, we usually played our best defense at the start of games. Seemed like we got worse as the game went on.
