They are allowed 20 hours per week. I believe that includes meetings and practice.

Mike Riley allowed a maximum of 5 hours of exertion per week in the spring and fall, including attending and trying hard in classes. This won’t be an easy transition for the boys.

The old days, 20 practices and there might have been the first two without pads. Spring game counted as two practices.
