The old school is near Murfreesboro which was Northampton-East, we are housed in what was Northampton-West, which is right outside of Roanoke Rapids, off of I-95 exit 176. Please do not go to East in Conway. A few teams and officials have gone there. When we first consolidated in 2012 we were housed there for 4 years before moving to West.

I figured they made the move from the old East campus to the old West campus just because it was a much newer building....(AND maybe to deter folks from the western side of the county from going to KIPP Pride??)...is the old NCHS-East campus being used for anything?

That is correct. Yes, it is being used, a couple years ago Roanoke-Chowan Community College used one of the buildings as an adult learning center. It is currently utilized as our CTE academy, students are bussed there 2 days a week to perform hands on trades.
