When should we get concerned about recruiting?

After the "big win"* over LSU everyone was eager to see the "recruit reactions" to defeating the #6 defending national champions. And the reactions were good, right? And there were heightened hopes (and expectations by some) for flips of Bama/LSU commits too.

When do we start to get worried about the guys we've got committed now staying committed? Any specific ones to be concerned about
