What's up with Virginia baseball's nice start?

How are they in the top 10 after losing O'Connor and several key players from last season?
Given what they did last year, did Virginia upgrade their coach?

I mean they hired a dang good replacement for Oak. Pollard is one that most of our fans would’ve been fine with us hiring. Duke has horrible baseball resources and he took them to several Super Regionals.

If I’m not mistaken he brought some key guys from Duke with him and was also able retain at least one or two UVA guys.
