What's next for WVU?

Does WVU open up the checkbook and bring in a high caliber OC and let Dana focus on head coaching? Does WVU hire a young OC and let him learn under Dana for the future? If so who do we cut loose? I would think the best course of action would be to try and find a OC with a successful history who knows Dana's system and let Dana focus on head coaching.

If the rumors of staff changes are correct, you would think Defoe is on the list for replacement. I have no clue who they may be on their list for OC but they need one, a really good one.

I would think Spavital would be the perfect hire because of familiarity. What about Galloway? No staff changes would need to be made. He is just as responsible for Tavon, Mario, Kevin's success as Dana. And he certainly knows the offense. From a standpoint of not making and changes to current staff he would just get a nice pay raise. I think he deserves a shot.

He would be best to hire an experienced OC time is not on his side
