Just noticed we get a lot people back next year, we only lose 1 CB, 1 safety, and 3 o lineman, assuming Collins dont bolt to the NFL we get all the important peaces back. Replaces 3 lineman on offense maybe the only worry we have. Next year we could be pretty dam good, assuming everyone stays.

I said in a game thread yesterday,.Id love to see Avery Anderson and Eric Lee start to help our secondary our next year. Did anyone watch the USC/ND game last night? That 2nd pick with 6 mins to go is text book DB play with an exceptional catch. Oh and I dislike ND to pieces.
I'm guessing Collins mind is already made up to leave. However, the Davis twins will be a year more developed and I am also really looking forward to next year. Everyone will have another year under their belts learning some of the new system and depth should be better in several areas. More importantly, some of the cancerous attitudes should be gone, which will help immensely.
Ohio State replaces MSU and that's a little tougher game, but the Oregon game that might have looked very tough a year ago doesn't look so tough anymore. They are now feeling the loss of the genius coach and Mariota.
Next year has a chance to be a year we finally get a conference championship. I hope we can find a good juco DE and corner back to help shore up the defense.
I hope he stays, but I think he's been pretty dam good this year, almost unblockable at times. I would think he will be a low 1st/early 2nd round type guy. Hope he stays, but I wouldn't count on it.
This. If he leaves this year he will be drafted late 2nd round at the earliest and if he stays he could be a first rounder next year
I cant help but wonder if Lee or Anderson or both could improve our coverage next year. I remember back when Fabian Washington STARTED since he was a true freshman and he helped us out a lot too. But dude was lighting fast, 4.24 40 fast.
