It says Rick Perry never had a chance to begin with and this is signaling the reality of how poorly our country feels about the state of our political landscape. Career politicians on both parties need to be concerned if not down right terrified.

Career politicians only have themselves to blame. I doubt anyone will disagree with that.

Apparently he has been a successful gov in his state. He shot himself in the foot last season when he entered a debate ill and under influence of meds. His mind wandered when attempting to respond to a question about the fed depts. he would eliminate if elected. He answered that there were three such depts. and could only remember two of them. He drew a blank on the third and appeared to be a bit less than sharp. The Dem biased media crucified him then and continued to bring it up every opportunity they had. The Repubs on stage sympathized with him and provided his answer probably adding to the appearance of lacking to the audience.

He gave it a shot and presented himself quiet well this time, but never got any traction.
