Not sure how the seeding will workout but I think the 3 best teams are Tarboro, West Columbus and Bertie.
Correct me if I am wrong. Isn't Columbia and Mattamusket playing 8 man football currently? Believe Hobgood does as well.
No idea, but they are included in the RPI rankings while Hobgood is not. At least I am not seeing them.
That record looks nice, but WP aren’t any better this year than last year. They have played no one of any significance. They play alright on defense, but the offense is so disorganized. Top 3?! I just don’t see it.

North Moore just beat Cummings. That probably boosted their rating a little.
That was a BIG UPSET WIN!
Barring an unforeseen catastrophe against Chatham Central in the season finale, North Moore will finish 8-2 and a co-champion of Mid-Carolina 1A/2A. . . but, there was the VA-UNC game last weekend..............Nevertheless, it's Tarboro coming out of the east again.

No team in the Carolina Conference controls its own destiny. 4 teams are tied and after Fridays game 2 will be tied. Many feel North Duplin has the best chance but even if they win they will not get the conference championship bid if Lakewood beats Rosewood then Lakewood will get it. If Hobbton beats North Duplin and Rosewood beats Lakewood then Rosewood will get it. If Hobbton wins and and Lakewood wins then Hobbton will get it. Guess we find out Friday night!
Question for everyone. Beargrass Charter-Do they play 11 man football? If not, how are they the 7 seed?
They were the 7 seed last year I believe. They may play a mixture of 8 man and 11 man, but I’m not sure.
