Kelin Parsons, formerly of West Stokes, caught the first of four TD passes for 14th Nationally ranked Lenoir Rhyne yesterday in their 51 to 30 win over Limestone to stay atop of the South Atlantic Conference. (Kellin did not catch four TD's, he caught the first of 4 passing TD's for LR.)

After a 51-30 dominating win over Limestone on Saturday, Lenoir-Rhyne Football has announced its weekly award winners. WR Kelin Parsons was named the Ronnie Lott Heavy Hitter of the Week,
Parsons had three catches for 34 yards and his fourth touchdown of the year, and opened up many holes for the LR running backs in the run game.

There are great things happening at the D2 level and should be in front of most all our area football players. Lenoir Rhyne is currently ranked 22, 17 and 14 by 3 different national polls and currently sits atop the South Atlanta Conference.
