Big time add! AAC will likely start basketball season with the same number of ranked teams as Big 12!

Now... let's add VCU and DAYTON!

Pump the brakes!

The AAC was formed was created for football, Aresco will not be looking to recreate the Big East 2.0.

The addition of WSU is the addition of a major program. The Shockers will likely be preseason favorites. I was ecstatic to see the TU/WSU rivalry continue and even more ecstatic to see the series return to a conference rivalry!

As of now in I believe ESPN's too early rankings, they only gave love to 3 teams. Wichita St was #6! I think after that it was SMU & Cincinnati. Memphis will drop because of the Lawson twins. I couldn't believe they didn't rank Uconn, with all those players coming back from injury! UCF & Temple will flirt with rankings, but I doubt they will get any preseason love. Us, Houston, and Memphis will have to prove it.

WSU is a legit top 10 team and they won't be getting a 10 seed next year. UCF is going nowhere with Fall likely gone. The reason UCONN can't get ranked with all that talent coming back is because their coach struggle with X's and O's. Ollie's style reminds me too much of DW, especially when things get close. All of his offensive sets late rely on Adams doing something and everyone else looks shocked if they touch the ball and they have plenty of capable players.

This is cool. A much better feeling than when C-USA added all those Sunbelt Schools. Stevie is still lost in that palm tree decal on he FIU court.

I'm not so sure that they will fall that far without Bambi, but I was referring to Fall coming back, considering that he has not hired an agent yet.

Actually I think there are as many UCONN players transferring as there are returning.

I hadn't read anything about transfers except for Enoch. I didn't think Enoch was going to be that big of a loss. Now I see Durham and Jackson. Wasn't aware of those transfers. Durham is a little bigger deal, and Jackson is a little bigger deal than Durham. Guess that might be part of the reason they weren't ranked. Guess we'll have to wait & see on them.

They also lost a top 40 2017 guard who ask to get out of his LOI.

Yeah I was gonna mention that in my previous comment, but forgot. Needless to say, it's not looking quite so grand right now. But the piss *** fan base can still ***** about WSU.

They can also enjoy bitching about getting their asses handed to them a couple of times each season by the Shockers.
