It should have been a harbinger of things to come.</p><p></p><p>ISU was a surprise loss, but I always figure one game would bite us in the *** but I thought it would be TCU as WVU would be looking ahead to OSU and OU. As the season went on I thought this would be our year to sweep Oklahoma as we had done to Texas (Texas State Champs?). Losing to both on consecutive weeks is crushing. Will we ever overcome the Oklahoma curse?</p><p></p><p>Now WVU has a bowl game to play and I hope we come out on top, but I am fearful that with not much on the line Grier, Sills V and Jennings sit it out in preparation for the NFL Combine.
