-If Illinois beats Penn State this afternoon, RU plays Illinois

-If Illinois loses, RU will meet Northwestern or Nebraska. Those two teams play today in Evanston.

RU can not play PSU, whch is locked into the 9, 10 or 12 - we play the 11.

Someone correct me if this sounds wrong.

I feel the first win of the confernce season is the toughest to get . We got it so expect a tournament run of at least 2 games for Rutgers .

Hopefully not Nebraska who beat us by a combined 58 points over 2 games already. Wouldn't mind another crack at Illinois.

Northwestern and Nebraska are terrible matchups...did we lose these games by a combined 110 points or something like that

First Nebraska game Laurent did not play and Williams and Goode guarded Shields at times. Northwestern game we did have two walk-ons play.

Every reason to believe that this game vs Nebby is Eddie's swan song at RU.

Wouldn't be surprised if Eddie already knows that he is gone. I expect a Hobbs presser on Thursday.

The second game? Do you remember when that was? After triple overtime game, guy on Big Ten Network thought we would have a lot of trouble. No bench and playing three overtimes and flying to Nebraska. Lewis I believe played over 40 minutes vs Illinois. I can imagine how he felt the next few days.

Nebraska has lost like 8 of 10. No excuse for us to get blown out. We should be able to compete with them.

many of those games were without Shields who was knocked out during the RU game.

while they have been floundering and clearly arent as good as they were early on when they upset Michigan State, they just have too much offensive firepower to slow down. I think RU could stay close for a half but I would be shocked if this game wasnt a double digit win for Nebraska
