First time watching baseball? What did you think we was gonna against Vandy's ace? Yea I'd have liked to have won it, but one more bloop for us and and one less for them and we beat the #2 team in the nation and their ace 1-0. Yea we choked on chicken Saturday. But we gut out a 17 inning win Wed night, and tonight's game is 3 innings old.

The big picture concern is that we scored 3 runs in the last 27 innings. Unless we throw back to back to back shut outs, 3 runs in 3 games won’t win much. Hopefully we get back to Vegas and Mac back in lineup and all willl be ok. Wasn’t sure if we could could win this meaningless tourney. But didn’t expect the cold bats either.

I'm not saying I'm ok with how we're playing and it isn't concerning, but I'm not gonna lose my collective **** over one bad stretch. The 27 Yankees once had a 4 game losing streak. I mean do y'all even remember last year? We were one and done in Hoover. We lost the first regional game 20-10 to a football school. We looked like crap most of the FSU game, one good AB and everything changed. And that was all on the road. After tonight we won't play outside Vegas for weeks.

We've played what, 59 games this year, and coulda won 50 of them in the best league in the country. That's a very good baseball team. All team have slumps, very good teams come out of them. In June there will be so so baseball teams playing and very good teams playing. I'll take my chances with this very good baseball team.

Bruiser you are the one that obviously knows nothing about baseball. From week to week it can change very quickly. Example. Get swept by Ark. Sweep Uga. This is a meaningless exhibition tourney. Did we hit it this week no!! But will next week be completely different playing 3 teams that will not be near as good as the 2 teams we played. I’d bet all I have in the bank yes.
