Hate to piss on everyone's parade but we are back to being mediocre and we will be lucky to win 6 games even with this schedule. D-line is trash was consistently blown off the line of scrimmage, linebackers whiffed on tackles as well. We got lucky against Cincy

I’m sure this team will go thru phases. I think the *** kicking the front 7 took in the run game was exactly the Rx they needed. Motivation. I don’t think we can determine the rest of the season based on the small amount of data. But we won a game we typically lose and there were some really good things. There were a lot of concerns too. I was most concerned with our lack of a run game. Our back ups loooked terrible and our run blocking was non existent on some plays. If EJ goes down we are in trouble. Nelson looked extremely slow and Rhule said he might be the fastest 5 steps he’s ever seen??? Umm, what???

To be fair....Nelson got excatly one carry I think. Mozee....well running wide didn't work for anybody last night. I get the sentiment, but let's give them more than that small sample size before we deem them worthless.
