There's a nasty stomach bug going around the greater Kanawha Valley. Hit's like a ton of bricks and sticks around awhile. As hot as it's been, a trip to the ER might not be a bad idea as it's particularly bad if you get it. I had to run the wife to the ER for fluids Sunday.

I had it a couple of weeks back, it was a solid week before I felt close to normal. The wife is doing ok, but I'm not much of a nurse, that's for damned sure.
