Watching other teams get better

I watch more than Nebraska and I see teams that have gotten better have a history of success. They are usually tough teams physically and have a history of playing smart football.
Colorado improving because they've got coaches who have been there before. Where's there? All-American players playing winning football. How many on the Husker staff can you name that have played All-American quality football on a winning team?
Hate the buffs all you want, they have a better staff. Io_a too, for that matter.

I haven’t seen us get remotely close to the intensity of the CO game. It’s like it was our Super Bowl …. Frustrating.
I’ve been saying that, need to show up with the same intensity of that CU game every week!

True. But again this year, we played our best game early, and have gotten exposed and then worked since.

Coach Prime is harder and more demanding of his team. He calls them out. Including his own kid. Our DL was able to beat the crap out of his new OL but they are actually improving.
We've got to be a bit more demanding in my opinion and make guys afraid of losing their jobs. I'd be telling the young guys to win the starter jibs and sit the 5 year seniors.
Fascinating watching people come around to the idea Prime, and CU, aren't nearly as bad as many had thought.
Some posters on here seem to hate Deion more than they love the Huskers
