Was that enough for an NCAA bid?

We need to win tomorrow to lock in a bid. If not, we’re going to doing a lot of scoreboard watching and hoping that bubble doesn’t burst.

It might be enough - it certainly will make the committee think of RU as better than Purdue - but it's hard to be sure.

Beating Ohio State tomorrow would definitely cinch it, I'd think. Right now, it's still in the committee's hands, so who knows - they've never seemed to show great love toward CViv in the past.

I think the loss to Northwestern is a huge obstacle to overcome and will be mitigated only by Northwestern making it to the semi-final stage of the B1G tournament or RU taking out OSU. At the end of conference play, there were six 20-win teams in the B1G, and RU was not one of them. If seven B1G teams make the NCAA tournament, I think RU makes it based on fifth-best RPI--but they must play a very good game against OSU.

Now that Tyler has passed Cappie, I hope other players look for their shots. RU had solid, but not great, numbers from four players against Purdue. Need six players to have good games against OSU. Gia was 0-3 on threes. She should shoot against OSU--lesser defense, will hit a few.
