W&L vs Mathews /Scr

Good game started off poorly for Wnl with Mathews jumping out to a 4-1 lead after only 20 mins
Wnl pulled one back before half off a set piece. 2nd half Wnl scored off a corner and later netted another off a fast break both Mathews and WnL def from their closed down any scoring chances and game ended in 4-4 draw. Fans, players and coaches all very welcoming enjoyed our visit best of luck to Mathews and their upcoming season.

Glad someone got out to play in the state. I know a few scrimmages down here have been canceled/postponed from unplayable surfaces.

Field was soft that's for sure but very playable/props to the grounds keeper field looked very good for early March.

Looks like there are several scrimmages on the books for Thursday...now if storms hold off we'll get a ton of games in Monday as well! Will post an update then.
