Use liberal logic. Just state that it is and then if anyone calls you on it, call them a racist and tell them they are discriminating against odd numbers
Or Conservative side to arguments.....use "strict Constitution belief" as your basis UNLESS it doesn't fit your agenda and then switch to a loose interpretation of the Constitution to try to get what you want.....
Please give an example. In what way are conservatives for violating the Constitution with regards to the SCOTUS nomination?
Is that not SOP for last year of a term? Don't think the opportunity to pack the court is going to be made available when the opposing party is in office.
