Marshall is a good player. Just glad the pass was not well thrown. Gonna happen in man coverage on that type of pattern.I’m sure you’re being sarcastic instead of actually surprised.
We’ve been aided by Riley’s moronic play calling. Hopefully that continues.
They were gouging us running the ball, and the QB isn't throwing the ball for ****. I want more, lol
If their QB comes to the line and doesn’t see what he wants to run the ball, we are coming out WAY ahead.
Yeah we might give up a pass play or two. But that’s much better than allowing them to march up and down the field on the ground.
We gotta pick our poison. I pick continuing to play man in pass pro, and stopping the run.
I’ve been very critical of O-line (and D-line) but both have done some nice things in the First Half!Gave DR enough time. Masterful O line coaching there
That RB was literally getting 10 per touch and they proceeded to call 3 pass plays in a row in the redzone. Their QB almost nailed them out by scrambling on the 3rd down pass play. Stupid.
Let them run. Make go on long drives and don’t give up a big play. The run defense naturally tightens in the red zone. We’re ok giving up field goals
We’ve been helping to D line by sending backers. O line mostly is doing enough. It’s never going to be great when Corc has to start. SC’s front 7 on D is very talented. Backers are big and can run.
He normally can really thread the needle. Maybe its the coverage? Or could be the cold.
NU rolled out DR on most pass plays. That’s really smart.
