Yeah, Frost needs to meet the kids to see if there are any leaders. My impression is that a 4-8 team that got blown out in most of its losses lacks serious leadership. Tommy Armstrong was a great leader with a bad staff his entire career and still made a major difference on the football field. I expect some sort of council to develop when leaders begin to materialize. I imagine that won't happen in year 1.
