I like head coaches that are consistent winners against all levels of competition.Painter,Izzo and Underwood are the best B1G Ten head coaches.

When we have beaten them, Underwood has never sugarcoated it or provided excuses. My favorite was his statement that "we got taken behind the woodshed and whooped" after a loss at the RAC.
