UConn vs. Yale tonight @ 7:00 PM EST ---- ESPN3

Purvis still up in the air to play tonight...might as well rest since it is Yale after all.

Boatright still day-to-day and Calhoun has to be "mentally ready" in order to return to the court according to Kevin Ollie.

Thoughts?

The game is actually being televised on SNY. which has a good crew of announcers. Tim Welsh is no homer and calls it as he sees it.

I think Boatright will play and the other two will sit. This means Cassell starts and big minutes for Samuel, who didn't play well against Texas and repeatedly penetrated into a wall of big bodies either to get called for a charge, get his shot blocked or commit a turnover.

I don't think this is a cakewalk. As DSTW had mentioned on a different thread they lost to Providence by only 6. Would love to have Boat obviously but would rather have him sit at this point. Think we need to have either Calhoun or Purvis to give us that xtra athletic advantage in case our outside shooting falters. and hope for AB to step up on both ends.

we can EASILY lose this game tonight. We are fighting to figure this out and no where near ready for any team that has their game figured out like Yale seems to have.

this will be a dog fight regardless who suits up but to suggest we should sit boat and the others because its ONLY YALE is asinine.
