California gonna get around 2 mil a year of his money just in state income tax. He could have gone to teams in a lot of states, gotten 5 mil less per year, and come out with more money left over AND played for a team with a chance of winning a title.

Raiders have a lot of money and a lot of early draft picks. They will be better. Not great, but better these next couple of years

They wrestled against each other and I remember a video of Linderbaum winning. I'm sure Wirfs and he tangled multiple times.
Wirfs actually dominated the series, but you have to take into account that there was about an 80lb weight difference at that time.

Both are studs, well paid studs now.

Linderbaum was 240 and the HWT limit is 285. So, wouldn't it be a 45 lb difference (dont get me wrong, that's a massive difference)? Or maybe you mean in past matchups. Regardless, yeah, huge weight difference there and impressive win by Linderbaum.

Looks like Crosby failed his physical. So that takes off two first round pics that the Raiders would have gotten.

You’re right, not sure how I came up with that figure. Apparently math is hard, lol

And both were probably the 2nd and 3rd best heavyweights in that 15-20 mile radius.

Just read that after this 3 year contract that Linderbaum will only be 29 when he's up for another contract.

Imagine the $$$ in that one if he stays healthy?

Tyler should change his name to Linderboom.

Huge mistake by the Ravens front office not resigning TL.

Quite the pay raise and reset of the C market.

Raiders C Tyler Linderbaum, who reset the center market by 50%, on choosing Vegas: "Coach Kubiak, I'm excited about what he's going to build here, something that I think will fit my play. The whole organization itself is heading in the right direction, and something I want to be a part of and build this program into a championship level team.” On adjusting to new offense and QB: “It’ll take everyone being on the same page, communication.”

Unless the Raiders can resign Snake Stabler, Fred Biletnikoff, Dave Casper, Jack Tatum and Gene Upshaw, they ain't going anywhere.
