Does anyone here use YouTube TV and know how SEC Network Alt will work? I don't think I've ever used it for alt. Only time I ever remember watching us on their was when I had DirecTV. My guess is that my best bet may be the WatchESPN app.

I'd go with WatchESPN, but that's because I don't know anything about YouTube TV.

I think you are correct. I have YTTV as well and don’t believe they have the alternate channel. ESPN App should work fine though, A&M/Vandy was on the Alt channel Saturday and I watched the 4th quarter of it on my iPad no problem.

WatchESPN app is now just ESPN app. You can log in with YoutubeTV as your provider and watch all the ESPN games on the app. I do that on the ROKU. Good thing is, it is easy to switch back and forth between games if you want.

Not to hijack but does anyone else have a problem with Roku’s connectivity? I was watching the game outside this weekend and Roku keep losing connection. As soon as I switched it to a firestick problem solved. It goes out in the house too sometimes despite being closer to the router than other TVs.

I have YTTV....my recollection is there is very little (if any) difference in quality of the ESPN app vs. the standard YTTV channels. Either way you are just watching a stream over your internet connection.

I had 4 Roku's in my house at one point. I switched 2 to Apple TV because of issues with the Roku. The other 2 Roku's are in my guest bedroom which gets used about 5 days a year and on the 3rd TV in the mancave.

Pulled up our schedule (on Laptop)

lower right under the Aky game, showed a TV/viewing screen.

Clicked on that... brings up screen indicating date and time for that game, and gives me a link to log in, to view.

Every year I consider switching from what I have until football season and I see post asking how to watch the game.

You won't be able to find it in your guide. You should be able to use the search function and find it that way. That's how I watched a uab game earlier this season.
