I was informed that there was no concession stand at Dan Daniel Park for this game. How can a game like this be played in a state of the art facility , but no concession stand ?

LOL. Good one, aw.

Dan Daniel Park is a minor league baseball facility, who has employees that don't punch a time card for another two weeks or so. Tunstall was probably lucky to get use of the field. Set up a lemonade stand, if you must, next time.

Hard to comprehend a state tournament game without a concession stand open. heck, someone could have sold water/sodas/peanuts out of the back of a pickup truck. I have seen this problem at Dan Daniel Park before.
With a little coordination, any club/civic organization could have had a concession stand. It isn't rocket science.

Will have to agree with you HR6. Something could have been done. This could have been a good money maker for someone who is willing to put in a little effort.

VHSL requirement

I was looking at VHSL website. Concession stand is required for hosting state 1/4 final games.
