Did Tulsa make a serious effort to recruit Bryce or did he reject Tulsa from the get-go?

It seems TU’s recruiting is weighted toward transfers.

The rod deal was not related to his son quid pro quo! However it would have been difficult for Bryce to not want to play for his dad. Rod was needed with or without Bryce.

Tulsa coaches heavily recruited Bryce...for years. Bryce has made numerous unofficial visits...been to loads of TU home games. And no, he didn't reject Tulsa from the get-go...TU was in it for a very long time. Bryce's recruiting process is well documented in Hurricane Alley.

Yes, just like Keyshawn Embery-Simpson, we were in very early (8th -10th grade) on both and both started getting high major offers and kids just can't resist that temptation. Keyshawn came back...we will see about Bryce, but I doubt it.

Very true. It's threads like these that make me realize how much information people miss when they aren't involved in Hurricane Alley.
