Tulsa football got an early jump on spring practice with its first session on Tuesday, February 28. TU has several holes to fill after its 10-3 campaign in 2016.

Is our secondary still a concern?? I know we are pretty set at corner with Thomas, Hill, and Robinson, but is safety an issue? I would think Mitchell and Whitfield are pretty clear cut.

Yes, safety is set with starters, but they need to solidify the depth behind those guys. There is a lot of discussion on the defense (including secondary) in the "Defensive depth..." thread in Hurricane Alley.

Didn't think about after Christian Williams & Manny Bunch there isn't any experience, which they seen very limited playing time.
