I'm sure they finish the current semester both in the classroom so you have completed credits for transferring to new school, and are likely encouraged or at least not forbid from using the facilities while they're still here. It's a Scholarship so they count till the Schoolyear/ semester ends

Seeing these guys still using the facilities leads me to believe the transfers were amicable and kinda had some influence by Pike on what he wants.

Understand that but as a manager under the previous 2 regimes. Player who were transferring did not continue to work out with the program. So to see it was a shock

The videos aren't necessarily from footage captured yesterday... they've shown clips of those workouts in previous videos over the past couple weeks. No reason to be *shocked* either way. No harm in the guys working hard and pushing each other. One would assume the transfers would be even more motivated in those situations anyway.

Another reason why this staff is superior to what came before.

Kaiwan Lewis worked out at South Carolina during his spring semester before he transferred to RU football a couple of years ago.

Benedict Nigel should be strongly discouraged from anything RU.[poop]
Maybe he isn't as much of a traitor as someone who ws told his game wasn't fitting in
like the coaches wanted and he wouldn't be getting the same minutes next year if his game doesn't adjust to they way RU wants it played.
If that's the case, not a traitor and letting him practice shows the basketball world Rutgers doesn't play the spite game.

Maybe, but I'd suspect maybe not.

I had no clue, I was just assuming. Can a coach ban them from using facilities whilst finishing the semester?

The guys are still under scholarship for the rest of the year.

It is as easy as that. No need to ban the kids that are transferring from the weight room.

Maybe, but I'd suspect maybe not.
My scenario is because, without knowing the real reason, I much rather think the split was more in line with the direction the coaching staff plans for Rutgers with Pikiell and Nigel agreeing it wasn't a good fit for Nigel's type of play.
Making it better for all that he transfers.
