Transferring tickets

A buddy has transferred me tix for the game this week but I never get the transfer email. Anyone else have issues with transferring tix? He’s resent them a few times and I get the email confirm saying the transfer has been canceled but I never get the email to accept the transfer. Not sure what to do?

If u both have a ticket office online account, texting the transfer is the correct method. Plus, the transfers need to be completed within a time frame or else it auto cancels.

Can a ticket transfer be done via the Will Call window?

Talked to the ticket office and they said they’re having issues with their transfer system. Figures. Should be a fun day at the office tomorrow for them.
