Transfer Error when transferring basketball tix

I received my mbb and wbb season tickets and am trying to transfer to my seat mates. I've tried via Chrome and Edge online and also via my phone. I keep getting "Transfer Error, try again later". Anyone else getting this?

I reached out to my ticket rep and am waiting to hear back.

My rep called, looks to have been a software issue, it's fixed now and I was able to complete the transfers.

Yes I was going to say I just transferred a couple games that I can't attend and there was no issue
